We are willing to provide free technical advice to any Customer, whether current or prospective, who is seriously interested in considering the possibility and the benefits of producing static or moving parts from Technical Composite Laminates for their plants, machines and equipment.
Such technical advice, covered by our promotional budget, is provided within reasonable limits of cost and of time commitment of our operators.
It usually takes place in two stages: the first dedicated to acquiring information, the second to providing a proposal.
INFORMATION STAGE
During the information stage we must be able to acquire all technical and application data necessary to carry out a thorough preliminary analysis of the functionality of the operating parts for which the Customer has requested our advice.
PROPOSAL STAGE
If our analysis shows that the Customer can obtain significant benefits from the use of Technical Composite Laminates for specific parts of their technical production complex, we pass on to the proposal stage and suggest what solutions to adopt to produce those parts.
If at this stage the Customer wants to have more information on our proposal, we can start the process of “preliminary technical operating tests” so as to allow the Customer to acquire detailed material evidence on the validity of the proposed solutions, without any commitment on his part.
