KONRAD TECNO s.r.l. was established in summer 2011 by a few operators who had acquired considerable, long-term experience in the machining of Technical Composite Laminates in other companies in the industry.
Operations started in autumn of the same year with the setup of the first production line.
Between late 2011 and spring 2012 KONRAD TECNO s.r.l. hired other experienced technical operators to cover all Human Resources requirements in the technical and production department necessary for the start-up stage.
At the same time as the setup of the first production line, management methods and procedures for the entire manufacturing process were defined and formalised. Furthermore, administrative, commercial and logistical support structures required for this start-up stage were put in place.
In July 2012, KONRAD TECNO s.r.l. obtained ISO 9001 certification from the certification body DNV.
Between late 2013 and today, more production lines were installed and further investments were made in staff, taking on more specialised technical operators in production and enlarging the commercial department.
