This procedure allows customers to determine the validity of our technical claims, enabling them to carry out preliminary empirical tests on the FINISHED PRODUCT quality and performance in the application it is intended for, even before deciding to purchase.

Small and Medium size FINISHED PRODUCTS (Parts), produced and supplied regularly in medium/large batches

KONRAD TECNO s.r.l. agrees with the Customer on the number of samples (batch) of a specific FINISHED PRODUCT which are necessary and sufficient to conduct a series of statistically probative and reliable operational tests (tests, even destructive, to verify the performance, strength, operating life, etc.).

KONRAD TECNO s.r.l. produces the samples free of charge or, if the project is particularly complex, may ask the Customer for a small financial contribution.

Irrespective of the test results, the Customer shall have no obligation whatsoever toward KONRAD TECNO s.r.l., but should he decide to order a batch of a tested item, he shall be entitled to do so in accordance with the economic conditions that he received at the same time as the test samples.

Large size FINISHED PRODUCTS, produced and supplied individually or in small batches

In these cases the preparation of a test sample would have a significant production cost without any expectation of future economic returns (these are mostly one-shot products). It is therefore not possible to set out a contribution system whereby KONRAD TECNO s.r.l. produces and supplies such a sample totally free of charge.

Nevertheless, on request by the Customer and subject to KONRAD TECNO s.r.l.’s specific express acceptance, KONRAD TECNO s.r.l. may be willing to contribute to the cost of preparing a prototype of particular interest, on terms and conditions to be agreed case by case.
