Some of the problems dealt with and resolved by our Technical Department include:
• conversion of metal components one by one to reduce moving masses and therefore any inertia and, as a result, vibrations;
• production of self-lubricating and wear-resistant components with high mechanical performance (high compressive-flexural strength), low friction coefficient (below 0.17 composite and steel combined) and reduced noise when operating;
• use of laminates in natural and synthetic fibres with a very high elasticity modulus and low specific weight to create mechanical parts used in complex kinematics where strength and light weight are fundamental for the smooth running of the system.
